Project Overview

Space Constraints

The available rooftop space was highly constrained, with the slab being approximately 2 feet deep.

Challenging Rooftop Access

Access to the rooftop was extremely challenging due to the absence of proper stairs.

Effective Space Utilization

Despite multiple site obstacles, the AVINA team utilized the available rooftop space effectively to deliver the solar plant.

Rainwater Management

The site was engineered to ensure that rainwater does not drip below the rooftop from the solar panels despite the space constraints.

Wind-Resistant Structure

Even with the slab depth constraints, the AVINA team ensured that the Hot Dip structure was strong enough to withstand wind speeds of up to 220 km/h.
