A total 420 KWp solar system was installed, which was approximately 8 years old when the AVINA team was engaged.
Out of the total 420 KWp capacity, 160 KWp was non-operational when the AVINA team was asked to investigate the issue.
Detailed due diligence and root-cause analysis was conducted by checking solar panels, inverters, cables, MC4 connectors and other system components.
After identifying the underlying issues, the required corrective measures were completed and the system was restored within one week.
The customer was able to resume recognizing revenue that had not been generated for the previous six months.
